Guwahati Topper In Maharishi National Cultural Celebration
The students of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School (MVMSSS), Silpukhuri, Guwahati shines in the Maharishi National Cultural Celebration, 2010 held at Hyderabad from October 22-24.
The students of MVMSSS win the First prize in the event of Classical Orchestra Mixed, G. K. Quiz Senior, Mathematics Exhibition Senior and Vocal Semi Classical Junior.
Moreover, the students of Guwahati Zone of MVM win 12 nos. of prizes out of 19 events. Over All Championship Trophy also given to Guwahati Zone of MVM. Under food grains (Category II), the Union Agriculture Ministry has given the best performance award for the year 2010-11 to Assam.
