Supporting to Anna Hazare anti-corruption movement different mode of rally like candle lights march and walk rally have been continued at Howraghat town by different social and student organizations. While demanding for the immediate acceptation of the Jan Lokpal Bill, in the parliament, hundreds of Students and teachers come out to the street today. Keeping an aim to bring awareness among the common people on the ongoing massive corruption in the Country, a long rally was taken out today under the aegis of Sankardev Bidya Niketan’s students and teachers. It may be mentioned here that the students and teachers rocked the Howraghat town shouting anti-corruption slogan taking placards and banners in their hands during the rally.

The most corrupted district in Asssam is Karbi Anglong where the some govt. worker and party builders are doing corruption and cheating own people. They are busy to credit their bank balance instead of developing the livings of citizen of Karbi Anglong. By participating Anna Hazare moments, these students are so lucky to be part of this India's most famous anti-corruption campign.

Supreme Court on Wednesday talked of two options before the government to end the decade old Assam-Nagaland border row. Taking up a petition in the apex court, a division bench headed by Justice TS Thakur said the dispute could be resolved either by deciding the 1988 law suit filed by Assam or by referring the matter for arbitration.The court further asked the Assam counsel to file the list of its witnesses along with their testimonies in the form of affidavits with the apex court registrar within three months.
