Aadhar a big fraud: Naidu

Former BJP president M Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday said that the much-hyped Aadhar is a big fraud.

Addressing a press conference in Guwahati, he said that the UPA government has smartly used it to legalise the illegal migrants in the states like Assam.

He said that the multi crore project was implemented without any parliamentary approval.
