Armyman injured in NDFB-S attack

Army jawans had a narrow escape in Chirang district when suspected NDFB(S) militants lobbed a powerful grenade on Friday.

The incident took place in the wee hours at the Panbari army camp located in Chirang where one of the jawans sustained injury to be rushed to the Army Base Hospital at Basistha in Guwahati. The condition of the injured soldier is stable now.
