Ghatowar defeated

In yet another major setback for Congress, union minister Pawan Singh Ghatowar was defeated in Dibrugarh.         Ghatowar was defeated by his nearest rival Rameswar Teli by a margine of 2 lakh votes.        On the other hand, BJP leader  Bijoya Chakravartty defeated her Congress candidate Manas Bora over 1 lakh votes in Guwahati.
