Ghatowar exercises franchise

Union minister and Dibrugarh Congress candidate Paban Singh Ghatowar has exercised his franchise at his nearest polling booths.

Accompanied by his wife Jibon Tara Ghatowar, the Union minister arrived at the polling booth at Moran even before the polling had began. Ghatowar is locked in a keen contest with his nearest rival BJP candidate Rameswar Teli.
