Global festival for receiving god’s powers and blessings
Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya and World Renewal Spiritual Trust are organizing a nationwide programme on the theme of ‘Global Festival for Receiving God’s Powers and Blessings’ from the beginning of October to November 22. National Coordinator of Scientists and Engineering Wing Brahma Kumar Mohan Singhal said in a press meet held at Guwahati Press Club on 23rd September that the launching of the said festival will be held in 16 capital cities of India with same theme on October 3 and 4 this year. In North- East, the festival will be celebrated with a four days programme from Oct 1 to 4 at Assam Engineering Institute Play Ground, Chandmari, Guwahati. Hon’bl Chief Minister of Assam, Shirt Tarun Gogoi is being approached for inauguration of the Mela On 1st Oct. Shri Ranjit Shekhar Mooshahary, Hon’ble Governor of Meghalaya has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest in the Global Festival on October 4 at 5.30 pm. Dr. O.K. Medhi, Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University will be the Guest of Honour. Apart from the divine lectures on the main theme, blessings and words of wisdom will also be delivered by senior Rajyoga Teachers from its International H.Q. at Mount Abu and Rajyoga Centres of Russia and Poland . Mass Meditation will be conducted by 108 Rajyogi Brahma Kumaris on stage to give on-hand experience of Inner Powers and Peace. Soul elevating cultural programmes will be held on Octover 4 evening such as flute recital by 51 artists lead by Sri Deepak Sarma, Bhakti Bhavana group dance in Sattriya form composed by Nrittyacharya Padmashree Jatin Goswami, Komal Sparsh Nritya with 151 pots on head by Kumari Priya Patni from Bhilwara, Rajasthan, Manipur dance and many more. Entry to all the stalls and Global Festival is totally free and the organisers invite one and all to participate in the Global Festival to give a new boost to their inner powers and learn the art of happy and healthy living.
