Jehadi activist held in Bhawanipur

Security forces have captured yet another Jamat-ul-Mujahideen  activist in Barpeta district hours after police recovered 10 bombs stashed by these activists in Baksa district on Sunday.

Sources told Assam Times that identified as Nazmul Islam, who has been running Koraguri Ancholok Madrassa was arrested from Bhawanipur at around 5-30 in the evening by a team of special operation unit of police and National Investigation Agency.

Nazmul the son of village head man Bahadur Ali is a close associate of Sahanur Ali who is an accused in the Burdwan explosion.
