KMSS dharna in Guwahati

KMSS seems to have intensified protest against Akhil Gogoi after police arrested the peasant body president in connection with the Dispur self immolation case.

Hundreds of KMSS activists thronged Dighalipukhuri in Guwahati early in the morning on Wednesday and started staging dharna demanding immediate release of Gogoi apart from land patta for the landless lot.

Police flogged a section of KMSS activists when they staged dharna at the CJM court premises when Gogoi was brought to be produced before the court.
