Minister’s PSO commits suicide

The suicide of a security guard of a minister in Dispur creates no less sensation in the capital on Monday.
Identified as Akhil Haloi, the PSO of minister Sumitra Patir committed suicide by shooting himself dead with his service revolver in the midnight.

Immediately after the incident, he was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Akhil, who hailed from Nalbari district was believed to have been suffering from depression for the last couple of days. Dispur police have seized his service revolver and sent the body for post mortem.
