Son kills father in Nagaon

In yet another bizarre incident that sends shockwaves across the state, an aged person died on Tuesday a day after his son attacked him in Nagaon district.

Identified as Ram Kumar Chouhan, he attacked his father Shyam Kumar Chouhan at Sutirpar with a sharp weapon on Monday afternoon.

A seriously injured Shyam Kumar was admitted to the BP Civil Hospital in a critical condition where he succumbed to injuries on Tuesday morning. Then Ram Kumar surrendered before the police.
