Teacher accountability commission

Beware teachers. Dispur is contemplating a panel of experts to ensure accountability of teachers.

Disclosing this education minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma told reporters at a function Ravindra Bhawan that the government would soon set up teacher accountability commission to ascertain the penalty of erring teachers.

The commission would comprise at least three former vice chancellors, said Dr Sarma.
