ULFA chief in Delhi guest house

A day after he was detained by the Bangladesh authorities, ULFA chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa was pushed backed to BSF on Wednesday before being air dashed to New Delhi.


According to home ministry sources, Rajkhowa is being kept at a government guest house and is busy in preparing modalities for talk with the government. Top ranked home ministry officials along with army top brass are also assisting the entire process. After the formalities Rajkhowa is set to be flown to Guwahati on Friday.


Meanwhile, a section of media on Wednesday evening in Guwahati tried to deny the report of Rajkhowa's detention citing a telephonic talk with Rajkhowa that he was not arrested.


Notably, Rajkhowa along with is deputy commander in chief Raju Baruah were detained by the Bangladesh authorities on Sunday detained these ULFA top guns to handover to Indian authorities on Wednesday.
