Despite round-the-clock vigil, NDFB-Songbijit leader G Bidai is beleived to have escaped the security forces.

Sources suggested that the brain behind the gory Adivasi massacre in Kokrajhar and Sonitpur is out of the country and that the securuty forces are clueless of his whereabouts.

notably, over 75 people have been killed by the outfit in a series of simultaneous attack on the Adivasi people in Sonitpour and Kokrajhar districts within a period of 2 hours on December 23 evening.

Some of the perpetrators have been caught during the ongoing operations against the outfit.
