Curious UFO in sky!

An unidentified object hovering around the sky in upper Assam pulled no less spell of curiosity among lakhs of people on Wednesday evening.

Much to the utter surprise and curiosity, the comet like object was spotted in the sky in and around the Naharkatiya area at around 9 in the evening forcing the people to come out of their homes to watch the strange objects. But there was no conclusion even from the experts.

The same object struck the heavy attention of the people in Dibrugarh district on Tuesday night.

 

Meanwhile, ISRO officials in Shillong told Assam Times that they were not aware of such objects in the sky. But they said if it is spotted it might be drones.

whether ISRO or NASA they will never confess that ufos are of extraterrestrial origin...i have witnessed an ufo from the front yard of my house in jorhat,assam, india on 23rd june 2015...the ufo hovered for about 40mins and finally shot off at lightning speed into the night sky..it can travel at the blink of an eye and i dont think that a drone has that technology...if drones can accelerate at lightning speed then we sud able to go for interstellar travel sitting in a drone itself..whatever i saw was nothing made on earth..nothing made om earth has technology to accelerate away and shot off at the speed of lightning

Yes. I live in dibrugarh 2days after this event i saw a ufo around 8pm while i was talking to my friend on phone suddenly i heard a loud noise and the phone's signal was lost.my frined too heard ths noise. I looked up and i saw a big ufo with purple light hovering on top of me. I quickly went inside and called my mom and sister. When they came it went away in a lighting size and became like a star but was moving very fast. My friend also saw the ufo

What ails lifeline roads

Tuki meets Gadkari in New Delhi

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki met Union road transport minister Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi on Wednesday seeking funds for maintenance of the damages of roads in the north eastern state during this monsoon. The Chief Minister said that the estimates for damages will be submitted to the ministry of road transport & highways  for further consideration. Gadkari assured him of fund for maintenance of the roads and bridges. They also discussed several other issues related to the roads sector in the State.

Landslip atop Nilachal

Surface communication remains heavily disrupted atop the Nilachal Hill when a huge rock collapsed on the road leading to the historic Kamakhya temple on Wednesday.It took several hours for PWD and forest officials to clear the road after the rock along with uprooted trees blocked a portion of the hillside road in the morning. There is no report of casualty. Local residents fear the repeat of more landslide in view of the non stopped rains during the last 48 hours. Rainwaters wreak havoc in Guwahati

Rain waters start wreaking havoc in Guwahati again after the premier north eastern city was lashed by incessant rains for several our on Tuesday. Benefit for landslide hit

The landslide-hit school and college goers in Nagaland will get monetary compensation. The Angami Students' Union (SASU) has asked the affected students on the NH-29 Phesama landslide to avail of their accommodation allowance from Monday onwards. Home Minister, Y Patton has provided Rs 5,50,000 to the 1075 affected students of St. Joseph College, Jakhama, Japfü Christian College, Kigwema, St. Paul School, Phesama, Loyola School, Jakhama and Government High School Kigwema. SASU President Teisovi said the allowances will be provided to the students in their respective schools and colleges.
