The Hatigaon police have arrested three youths and charged them with keeping Gopinath Das at an undisclosed location who is wanted in connection with a rape case.
Picked up from their residence at Bhaskarnagar area in the city on Saturday night, they are brother in laws of the Boko MLA who has been absconding from September 7 after he raped his minor domestic help.
