Amid a volatile political situation Arunachal Pradesh assembly begins its session on Wednesday.
Much to a major concern for the security forces deployed in and around Itanagar, a section of Congress legislators prevented their counterparts from entering in the House in the morning.
They further have gheraoed the assembly to stop the session summoned by Governor JP Rajkhowa despite stiff resistance from the government.
The authority have clamped Sec 144 Cr PC apart from resorting to blank firing to disperse the supporters of Nabam Tuki who have been opposing the session.
Congress on Tuesday night disqualified 14 dissident MLAs to disallow them from moving no trust motion against Speaker.
