A public rally supporting the early completion of Martyr’s Memorial at Dighalipukhuri is going to be held on January 13, 2016 (Wednesday) at the northern bank of the historic pond. Initiated by All Assam ESM Welfare Association, the rally is scheduled to start at 11.45 am.
