Hundreds of heart patients from different parts of Kokrajhar district participated and took health check up in the free heart medical camp held at MRM Memorial Hospital in Kokrajhar on Saturday.

The medical was organized by Medanta Heart Institute, New Delhi in association with MRM Memorial Hospital in Kokrajhar, for the first time ever in BTAD region. Doctor and officials from Medanta institute offered medical service to the attending patients. Hundreds of patients from different parts of the district thronged and took medical treatment. Dr. Nabajit Talukdar, Cardiologist offered medical service in the camp and provided advises about awareness building on heart diseases in human society. He said that heart disease is disease which is becoming concern among society.

Dr. Nabajit Talukdar, Cardiologist said, “We are organizing this heart medical camp to create awareness about heart diseases which is becoming very serious issue for the society in present day life. We offered our service care that are attending this camp and provided information on taking care for increasing blood pressure among human life in the region. We must take care on the problems of blood pressure that are making troublesome”.
