Bodousa Cup from June 26

A massive prepartaions have got underway to hold the 8th edition of ‘Bodousa Cup’ in four clusters all over the state which has been scheduled to be held from June 26 next.

Speaking the reporters at KDSA fround on Sunday, Arunjyoti Moran, president Bodousa Sports Club,Tinsukia told that the Bodousa Cup would be held at four clusters in the state,included KDSA ground in Kokrajhar,Tinsukia ground,Jorhat ground and Nehru Stadium,Guwahati. He said that the sports events has been organising in assocaition with respective district sports association in the state.

A total of 18 teams are particiating the cup all over the state,among them four teams are participating in KDSA ground which would be began from June 28 next.

‘It is a step to creating sporting arena among budding sports persons in the state’,said Arunjyoti Moran said.

BTC executive member Doneswar Goyary said that the KDSA will extend co-operation to the conduct of sports in the region.He has expressed that this cup would be benefitted for the budding sports persons.

Ajay Kumar Basumatary,secretary KDSA, JP Chutia, president of Chutia Students Union were also present in the Press Meet.
