Karmachari Parishad convention concludes

The annual general meeting the Kokrajhar district unit of the Karmacahri Parishad was concluded with day long programme scheduled at Basic Training Centre in Kokrajhar on Wednesday.

The meeting discussed on various issues and grievances of the Karmachari across the district and urged the state government to implement the clauses of the employess.

Malay Choudhury,president of the district unit of the parishad hoisted flag in the morning followed by homage to srimriti tarpan by Ashok Kumar Mahanta,secretary of the district unit.

BTC executive member Rajib Brahma inaugurated the open session. Brahma, in his speech urged the government employees of the district as well state to be dedicated while discharging their duty and responsibilities.

Nagen Das, general secretary of the Sadou Asom Karmachari Parishad graced as chief guest in the open session.Das said that the parishad has welcomed the initiative taken from state government while releasing arrears of the employees in the state. He has urged the government to implement the seventh pay commission in a positive way.
