Biju Phukan Award to actor Bishnu Kharghoria

Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal presented Biju Phukan Award, 2019 to Veteran actor Bishnu Kharghoria in Dibrugarh on Monday. Instituted for the first time by Assam State (Film and Finance) Development Corporation (ASFFDC) and the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, the award carries an amount of rupees two lakh, a citation.
