The Shillong police have charge sheeted Julius Kitbok Dorphang along with three women in the notorious sex racket they busted two months back in the capital city of Meghalaya. Police filed the charge sheet before a special court on Thursday and all the accused are in judicial custody for running the racket from a guest house where the victim was a 14 year old girl. Yet another incident of miscreants attack on girl rocks Guwahati sending huge anger across the state on Monday. The victim, who hails from Golaghat district, has been struggling for life at the Dispur Hospital.The incident took place in Dispur amid heavy presence of security forces in the afternoon where a miscreant suddenly attack the girl with a sharp knife as she was on her way back to the hostel at Nahorini Path.Immediately after the attack the miscreant vanished and the girl who worked at the national sample survey was rushed to the hospital.
