This is not the first time extremist has attacked migrant workers in Assam. In between 2000 and 2007, in a series of attacks on Bihari workers, ULFA butchered more then 350 people. Recent series of violence occurred in January-March, this year that took at least 90 lives of Bihari migrants in different places of Assam.
