North East India National Consultation

A one day national Conference is being organised on "Strengthening Development Processes in North East India: Identifying Scope & Challenges in Development & Governance” on October 30 in New Delhi. The Conference will deliberate on key development and governance aspects pertaining to the region. Representatives from the Public, academics, private and civil society are participating in the deliberations towards a framework highlighting key development and governance parameters vis-a-vis North East India. The event will be held at Scope Convention Centre (Adjacent to CGO Complex & Nehru Stadium), 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The Programme is being organized by North East Development Foundation in collaboration with North East Centre for Research & Development (NECRD-IGNOU). DEF, Read India, CML, North East Media Forum are other supporting partners.
