Amazing online electoral roll for Dhubri

After going through the online electoral rolls of Assam in the websight of CEO, Assam, an amazing facts came into light. Just follow the following steps to get yourselves stuned.

Go to the sight www.ceoassam.nic.in and then click the electoral rolls to get the online rolls of various distrcits of Assam. Select the district and LAC as Dhubri and then press continue. A list of online electoral rolls will apear. Then open the voter list of polling station no. 137, which is Dhubri Girls' Academy (R). This polling station lies in word no.6 of Dhubri Municipality area. After opening the first page of that voter list, it will apear that the thana of that p.s. is written as Mankachar. But that should be Dhubri and Mankachar is an another LAC of Dhubri distrct.

From the counting report of that polling station it is found : AGP-10, AIUDF-17, BJP-268, INC-137, NCP-2, SUCI-1 and AITC got 6 votes i.e. total 437 voters cast their votes. And starngley enough, not a single voter of that polling station or any poltical party raised voice for the reason of such a great mistake, as that polling station according to the voter list is under Mankachar thana.

Now the conscious people of the town are rasing their eyebrows and have taken a decision to complain to the CEC, India. People are also demanding to correct that great mistake immediately.
