The Deputy Commissioner Dima Hasao District Shri Dilip Borthakur, I.A.S. and ADC. Shri Khanindra Chowdhury, ACS ceremonially flagged off the Chief Minister Gyanjyoti Programme/2011 at Circuit House Haflong at 7 A.M on 19TH October, 2011.
