A minor boy sustained serious injury at an incident of cross fire between KPLT militants and security forces in Karbi Anglong district on Wednesday.The incident took place in the evening at Borbeel area near Howraghat when an army troop was locked in an encounter with KPLT militants.A minor boy sustained serious injury in the two hour long cross firing from both sides. A local TADA court in Guwahati Wednesday granted bail to Raju Baruah two days after he was remanded to judicial custody.The court heard the bail plea moved on behalf of the ULFA deputy commander in chief on Wednesday morning and granted him bail.He was sent to jail on Monday for failing to appear in the court despite repeated summons.
