NCLT behind Bihali massacre!

Amid an indefinite economic blockade against Arunachal Pradesh in protest against the Bihali attack, NCLT is accused of masterminding the Chauldhuwa incident where 10 villagers were killed in firing.

Sources further have charged a Tawang district council member with masterminding the incident.
