NDFB(S) killed near Mazbat

Encounter took place  between a group of NDFB(S) militant and a police party comprising SP and  Addl.S.P. Udalguri, OC, Mazbat PS, IPS (Proby) and other police personnel in Hatipota village under Mazbat PS last night on March 15. Two hard core, listed, Myanmar trained cadres of NDFB(S) from Mazbat Platoon, namely, Daoharu and Jackpot were killed on spot.Two 7.65 mm pistols, two 7.65mm magazines,four numbers of 7.65 mm ammunition,five empty cases of 7.65 mm ammunition,four 9mm empty cases,one SIM card of mobile phone etc were recovered from CO two cadres.
