The opening ceremony of ‘Archery Coaching Camp-2015’ was held at Puthimari village in Kokrajhar on Sunday.

BTC Executive member Mono Kumar Brahma inaugurated the ceremony amidst large number of local people and sports personalities.

Motilal Borgoyary, Sub-divisional Sports Officer, President Hungkha Mashahary and General Secretary Balen Ch. Brahma were present in the function. The venue of the camp is at Jwngma Club cum Library Playground.

BPF leaves three more seats to BJP

The Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) has left three constituencies- Sorbhog, Rangia and Bhawanipur to the Bharatiya Janata party (BJP), its ally party. Motor vehicle association warns for non-cooperation in election

The owner and members of the Motor Vehicles in Kokrajhar has warned to take non-cooperation during ensuing Assam assembly election in protest against non-payment of 32 crores of hire charge bills and previous bills of vehicles, which are pending for a long time in the district. The Election Observer for Expenditure for 31-Sidli (ST) LAC Jaginder Singh, IRS on Tuesday arrived at Kajalgaon in Chirang district.
