KOKRAJHAR: The non-government organizations (NGO)'s have expressed serious concern over the rising crime graph in the state owing to prevailing rumours and superstitions. The Lower Assam NGO Forum (LANF), an umbrella organization of 30 non-government organizations, in its general session held on Friday at CIT conference hall in Kokrajhar have taken serious note on the issue.
