Two Assamese musical compact discs were released at Guwahati Press Club on Sunday in separate meetings. The first one titled Shradhanjali Kanon, created by artiste Arun Das was, was inaugurated by journalist Nava Thakuria. The function was graced by Dr Navanil Barua, Rajen Neog, Manoj Kashyap, Diganta Das, Dr U Buragohain etc. The other CD, created by scientist Dr Himangshu Barman, was released by popular singer Sangita Kakoti, where young singer Parangana, journalist Nava Thakuria were also present.
