Beware China slogan in Itanagar

Thousands of people hit the streets in Itanagar on Monday alleging the unilateral claim of the Chinese authority over some places in Arunachal Pradesh.

Led by the All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU), thr protesters thronged the city at 11 in the morning and took out the street  procession in protest against  the illegitimate by the neighbouring country.

Holding placards and banners in their hands, the protestors shouted vande- mataram, Bharat mata ki jay, we are Indians, Haye-haye Chinese government etc. and burnt the effigy of Chinese President  Xi Jinping.

In his brief address, AAPSU president Hawa Bagnag daid,”Arunachal is integral part of India, this frontier state was never been part of China nor we want to be rule under China, we are Indian and we will remain Indian.”

He slammed China for interfering in the internal matters of India saying that the Arunachalee are ready for any consequence to fight for the Indian state. “We will never fade an inch of our land to china. Though   our facial structure are same  but there are other countries  like Korea,Japan ,Indonesia  etc who have mongoloid  feature  but they are not Chinese  nor are we,” he said..

He maintained that  nobody writes or speaks in Chinese in Arunachal. “We are hardcore Indian and hardcore Hindi speaking people of India.

Further concerning on poor developmental activities in border areas,” said the AAPSU President who lamented that state & central government should ponder up developing the border.

AAPSU general secretary Tobom Dai  slammed the Chinese authority for interfering in internal matters of India and illegally claiming Arunachal as their territory.

Five persons died and four others sustained serious injury when the vehicle carrying them skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday. The tragic accident took place in the wee hours in between Palizi and Ramda in West Kameng district where the vehicle carrying at least nine people was going to Seppa. Eyewitnesses told reporters that the vehicle was negotiating a sharp bend before it slipped into a deep gorge where five persons died on the spot.
