The new elected President of India would be formally announced on Thursday as the counting of votes is going on.
According to the returning officer, the ballots of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are counting and then ballots from the states would be taken for counting.
According to the Election Commission, the results would be available at 5 in the evening before a formal announcement.
