The programme is started by lightening of lamp by the additional deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar. After it the inaugural song is performed by the students of Nazira Girls Higher secondary School. The subject of the meeting is described by Niroda Doley Pegu, the Inspector of School, Sivasagar. Then Abdul Jalil, district elementary education officer has honoured Patit Pawan Das, Ex. Vice Principal of Sivasagar College with Pragya Pranoti and Guru Mohian title. In this function total 35 teachers are honoured as Kriti Sikshsk.
