Operation CM for missing Khandu


More than 24 hours have passed but the information and where about of Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister is yet to be found. Some sources from the CM office said that he his safe but no one could find where is Dorji Khandu,CM of Arunachal Pradesh.


Three helicopters and more than 300 army people are being engaged in the search operation for the CM. Apart from Indian Army, Indian Air force, Sasastra Seema Bal (SSB) Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and others are also actively engaged in search operation of chief minister. Communication has been made with the government of Bhutan and they have provided permission for search and rescue in there areas. Meanwhile two union ministers have reached Guwahati to get updates about the entire incident.


Bad weather has become hurdled this morning as search operation got some challenges due to this. But as search operation is on it is expected that the information would be collected soon. It is to be mentioned that Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has also come into the scene as they have engaged satellites to take picture and help in the search operation of missing CM.


Yesterday there was confusion in the afternoon with claims made by Arunachal Governor and then CM’s office and Defence spokesperson. But the fact till now is that there is no correct information about the helicopter for which operation to find the CM and others are on. It has bought confusion amongst the people of the region as there were different comments from different sources. As the search operation is on in full swing, it is expected that latest information and authentic information would be available soon.

It's same like the scenerio of Bin Laden. Wheathr US government got him alive or dead none knows. But Obama knows very well dead Bin Laden s very mush riskier issue than the alive one. So speculation is there that he might had been caught much before by bribing some agents of ISI; same way whether Khandu had been kidnapped by NSCN (K) or not, none can confirm excpet the Indian government. The rest is just speculation and rumr. may be.

The banned armed outfit Karbi People's Liberation Tigers (KPLT) declared unilateral cease fire for six months. Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh had a narrow escaped when miscreants opened fire at him during his foiled visit to Ukhrul district on Monday. The incident took place at the Ukhrul helipad inthe morning. Unidentified misceants who were believed to have been hiding on the spot started targetting Singh as he came out of the helicopter. Singh boarded again and left for Chingal where he failed to land in the face of protest.

Normal train services in Assam remained heavily disrupted on Monday when ABSU in ran and file blocked the rails in BTAD areas reiterating the demand for separate Bodo land. Hundreds of ABSU leaders and activists staged railway blockade in Basugaon, Chirang forcing many trains to remain standred for several hours. Talking to Assam Times in Kokrajhar  ABSU protesters said,” we are tired of hearing false  promises. BJP promised to fullfill our demands  two years back before the polls. One of the senior most editor-journalists of Assam, Tilak Hazarika, 95, expired last night at GNRC hospital (Dispur campus). Hazarika, who was admitted to the hospital on 18 September, breathed his last at 12.50 am on 22 October. A crude bomb was found at a house of Abduch Chamad of Kumguri under Tulsibi police outpost in Kokrajhar district late last night. Based on specific information, a search operation was launched by Kokrajhar police and recovered a Crude Bomb, weighing about 3.5 Kg. from the house premises of Abduch Chamad of Kumguri in Kokrajhar district late last night around 12:30 am and accordingly seized the same.
