KOHIMA:Three days after NPF fell short of majority and after BJP dumping the regional party, TR Zeliang resigned as Nagaland chief minister on Tuesday. Zeliang called on Governor PB Acharya at Raj Bhawan in the evening an put in his papers paving the way to form the new government.
