Normal classes remained heavily disrupted in 42,000 primary schools across the state on Monday when the teachers stayed away from duties allging utter discrimination of the government.Called by the Assam State Primary Teachers’ Association (ASPTA), sround 116,000 teachers have not been attending the classes from the morning much to the major inconveniace of 40 lakh students.
