Workshop on mental health at Sivasagar

For the benefit of mentally retarded persons an awareness camp cum workshop on mental health is going to be held at the Officers Club of Sivasagar on June 22. Deputy commissioner of Sivasagar will inaugurate the event. Doctors from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh and Lukopriyo Gupinath Bordoloi Memorial Psychiatric Hospital, Tejpur will attend and examine the patients. The draft electoral roll for the three Assembly constituencies of Sivasagar district—Demow, Sivasagar and Nazira—was published on December 27, officials said. As per official data, the total number of voters across the district’s three constituencies stands at 5,72,219.
