These include four children at a wholesale market in the temple town. According to information, the bomb was hidden in a bicycle which was laying at a post of the market's shed and it exploded at around 1 pm before the commencement of the time for opening. Dibruagarh: It was a hectic day for Assam Health Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma in Dibrugarh where he had come for a surprise visit of AMC. There senior AMCs doctors were transferred after which he addressed a press conference lambasting leader of AGP (P), Prafulla Kumar Mahanta.
