Disquieting signal of dams

Dams in Arunachal Pradesh are likely to brew no less danger for the downstream areas of Assam. This is what the sensational revelation with Central Water Commission.

 According to the commission, more than half of the dams in the hilly state could be responsible for flood hazards in the downstream districts of Assam like Lakhimpur and Dhemaji.
