Nehru Yuva Kendra organises Punarjagaran yatra

Thaneswar Malakar, deputy Commissioner, Kokrajhar lighted the lamp to inaugurate the Punarjagaran Yatra Campaign, district level launching function, for mass awakening campaign programme for youth participation in nation development to make good governance.

It was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kokrajhar supported by ministry of youth affairs, govt of India at Basic Training Centre in Kokrajhar on Thursday. 

In his speech Malakar said that it is a human touch initiative taken from ministry of youth affairs to create good governance and mass awakening to the national integration and hoped that common peoples would be benefitted through this awareness programme. 

Tapas Kumar Paramanik, district coordinator of the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kokrajhar said that it was supported from ministry of youth affairs, govt of India to gain peoples participation in building social upliftment and unity among society. 

Hundreds of volunteers and common publics including students participated in the inaugural session. 

Among others, PK Bhagawati, ADC, Kokrajhar, Dr JC Boro, joint director health services were present.
