Steps to expedite power project

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Ramesh Negi asked the authorities to expedite the formalities for early implementation of a huge power project in the state. In a video conference on Tuesday the Chief Secretary reviewed the progress of land identification and acquisition for 132 KV transmission line in the state. 

Further he also held detailed discussions on status and progress of National Population Registration (NPR) enrollment. He reiterated that all out efforts must be made to ensure completion of enrolment and updation of the national population register by December.

Secretary for economics& statistics Sonam Chombay, power commissioner Kaling Tayeng ,Chief engineers power Anong Perme, Ogum Moyong were also present in the meeting.
