Tickets seekers stage dharna

A dharna was staged at BPF party office in Kokrajhar seeking ticket to sitting BTC executive member and President of Mushalpur district committee of BPF Banamali Boro to contest from Baganpara constituency in ensuing BTC election slated to be held by first week of April next.

The BPF supporter and party activists with banner,placards shouted slogans demanding ticket to Boro for next five year terms from Baganpara constituency.

Party leader and irrespective of community organisations participated the dharna and claimed that his winning is cent percent clear from the constituency.

Party workers urged party high command to announce Boro’s nomination to contest in the election and irrespective of caste creed and languages are supporting him through which his winning is clear. Mentioned be made that two aspiring candidate-sitting BTC EM Banamali Boro and Satan Ramchiary have applied application for ticket from Baganpara seat in Baksa district.

BPF had announced 29 nominations out of 40 seats in the council and remaining 11 nomination would be announced February 28 and aspected Banargaon,Dotma in Kokrajhar and Baganpara seat also be figured in the four phase of the ruling BPF’s announcement.
