Torch rally against Nagaon incident

Hundreds of local residents from more than ten villages in Kachamari area of Nagaon took  out a torchlight rally  on Tuesday evening in protest against the attack on former rebel by a tractor dealer and Hus hired good.

The protesters thronged at Bejgaon,Kachamari and took out the rally shouting  slogan against the anti assamese elements.

Talking to 'The Assam times', a protester said," We want to make it clear that we would not tolerate any attack on indigenous people further by any anti assamese lobby. We demand stern action on  all accused.”
