Python rescued at Sesapani Nwlwbari in Kokrajhar
KOKRAJHAR: A Python was rescued at Sesapani Nwlwbari near Magurmari forest beat office in Kokrajhar on Sunday.According to Sesapani villagers, the Python was found at a fishing pond near Magurmari forest beat office and rescued by villagers .Later,villagers handed it over to the forest department.The rescued reptile weighed eight kgs and was nearly nine feets in length. "It would be released at Chakrashila wildlife after giving medical check up", said a forest official.

Narzary has represented India in several international events and is the daughter of Biswajit Narzary of Khagrabari village in Kokrajhar district.
