Sonowal claims maximum seats

BJP state president Sarbananda Sonowal claimed to have got the maximum number of seats in the Lok Sabha polls.

Addressing a press conference in Dibrugarh, Sonowal said that the internal assessment of the party suggested that the opposition party have polled huge number of votes in all the three phases of Lok Sabha polls.

“I can’t go constituency wise assessment right now. But I can tell you that we will get maximum number of 14 seats,” said the BJP state president.

Sonowal further urged the election authority to ensure tight security at the strong rooms so that the verdicts are kept intact.
