The All Bodo Students Union extends hearty welcome to the successful and toppers in the HSLC and HS examination across the state.
In a press release, Kwrwmdao Wary, secretary for education of the students union said that the student union wishes best to the successful students those who are successfully come in their respective examinations across the state and expresses hopeful that bright successful career in future.
However, the students union working with the “mission quality education” since 2006 with the Bodo medium students in the state has observed very closely the trend of the rise of quality of the Bodo medium students.
The result of HSLC examination 2014 is one of the good and successful sign of the growth of quality education amongst the Bodo medium students in Assam.
In the consecutive years since 2006 union have the trend of number of first divisions checking the rise of quality in a very simple manner taking the total of all the First Divisions every year.
The students union said, although the Assam government has neglected since long time to the Bodo medium education in the state and despite circumcised by problems of venture schools, teacher-less schools, poor infrastructure and irregular supply of text- books of Bodo medium schools the quality of Bodo students is improving.
However, union has been demanding for the separate directorate for the Bodo medium education in the state which is still not granted and we condemn the state government for the step-motherly attitude towards Bodo medium education in Assam, he said.
‘The students union every year since 2006 grades the toppers top ten from the first divisions of Bodo medium students and confers award with name of “Kamal Kumar Brahma Derhasat Bantha” and hence this year the 9th Kamal Kumar Brahma Derhasat Bantha-2014 will be conferred at Selekabari Auditorium, Telamara in Sonitpur district on June 4 next’, Wary said.
