Barhungka Club beat Rongjali Club

HANTIGIRI NARZARY, KOKRAJHAR: The wait is over. the 17th Daoharu Mungkhlong Trophy-2014 kicks off. Barhungka Athletic Club in Kokrajhar defeated Rongjali Club Simlabagan from Santipur in Chirang by 2-1 goal at Dotma DASA ground on Monday.

In the 41st minutes of first half, Jabrang Borgoyary of Rongjali club scored the first goal against Barhungka through golden penalty shot and led the match 1-0.

In the 49th and 82nd minutes of the second half, Situ Basumatary and Rajib Subba of Barhungka scored two goals against Rongjali club which led the team to win 2-1 goal in the match.
